Every September, JV has a conference in Czech for North American staff and national workers. This year was all about following in the footsteps of Jesus in how we make disciples in our countries. It was an amazing time of learning and just what I needed to inspire my work this year. Jesus did some pretty basic and radical stuff as he led his 12 disciples and followers! This conference was also great for our group of 18 from Slovenia. We ate together, learned together, drove a total of 16 hours together, and played volleyball together (we won the tournament!). It isn't often that we spend so much concentrated time connecting and it was refreshing.
