One of my favorite surprises in the Slovene drinks department is that their "iced coffee" is actually ICE CREAM coffee! How great is that! They take cold coffee and pour it over a couple of scoops of either vanilla or chocolate ice cream and then add whipped cream. Does it really get any better than that?
