This past Saturday I attended a fantastic wedding of a friend who I spent time with in Slovenia. Anna lived there for four years and helped me get connected with the culture and people when I was an intern. While at the wedding, I ran into a ton of people who have been to Slovenia, are Slovene, or are headed there like me. It was very encouraging and exciting to catch up. The picture is of all us ladies who have a history with the country. The woman holding the baby is Sharon and her family is headed to Slovenia to start the university ministry. We are gonna be teammates! And the young woman above my head is Mateja and she is Slovene and works with the team too. I can't wait to go!!!
Just found your blog today. I'm Anna's mom, and it was great to meet you last January 30th! I've walked & prayed around Radolitza, (but obviously cannot remember how to spell it.) Please give Ana & the Forjan's greetings from me. :)
